Asparagus Soup Recipe

Asparagus Soup 
It's yummy and super healthy and you should try it!

1 1/4 cups Onions; Diced
1/2 tsp Garlic; Chopped
1 1/2 quarts Fat-free Chicken Broth
1 1/2 pounds Asparagus; Diced
1/2 Potato; Diced
1 dash Salt
1/2 tsp Yellow Mustard Seed
1 dash 17 Spice Mix (or Mrs. Dash)
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

Saute onions and garlic in 1/4 cup of the Chicken Broth. (In a large pot that you will cook everything in)

Add asparagus, potato, and remaining stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 - 20 minutes.

Remove soup from heat and puree with a food processor or blender. Return to the pot and season with the spices.
(I let it simmer on super low for about 30 min, then turn off and let the spices settle in for another 30 min - it's more flavorful if you wait)

Is this the P90X recipe? I love it but Justin always makes it a bit spicy!

Yes, it's the P90x recipe you sent me. Sorry, I should have given you some credit! The last time I made it I got it too spicy, this time it was perfect! Loooved it!
