I've mentioned before some of the decor styles I love.
I'm not sure if ya'll have heard of Ballard Designs but if not, you need to know about them. The have a style that mixes Restoration Hardware with Pottery Barn or something. I started getting their catalog in the mail and just love looking through it!!
Right now Corey & I are living with my sister. Our house is trying to sell up in St. Louis... It's been on the market for 91 days... We are getting showings, but all comments are:
"House showed well, is very cute but buyers wants a lower level"
"House is very cute and shows well...buyer did not like location"
"Buyer just starting search, house showed good"
"client liked the home and thought it was beautifully renovated. She felt it was too small for her needs"
"Beautiful home. This was buyers' first time looking at homes. They definitely decided they need a basement"
"This inside of this house showed the best of any of the houses we looked at yesterday. Really nice inside. The client is thinking she needs a lower level though. Thank you."
These comments frustrate me so much! If they all think the house is so cute why the heck won't someone just buy it?!?! Until our house sells we absolutely won't be able to get our own place. Living with my sis is great, but I miss having my own space and decorating in my own stuff.
Hope you enjoy the lovely items from Ballard Designs that I can't buy because I can't decorate. Sadness fills my heart!
