Exploring Houston

This weekend I was so excited to get out a little and explore Houston! Our first stop was the Montrose area for facials and some shopping! Montrose has some excellent little antique places, and this one really Caught My Fancy
Pardon the pun, I couldn't resist!

Here's some of the lovely things I found there...

After that we headed to Buffalo Exchange...

Then on to Midtown for drinks!

Here's my sis and I with a little view of downtown Houston.

Enjoying a drink on the patio of Celtic Gardens.
Yes, the weather was 70+ degrees that day. Be jealous all your Midwestern or Northerners! :)

I love getting to explore Houston and hope to keep it up! I plan on sharing all my new discoveries with you so come back soon!

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun. That antique store looks like it was right up your alley. Did you make any purchases for your future home? By the way, love your dress!

How fun! I'm so jealous that you get to live in a cool city like Houston!! I know it's hard to be away from family. I really can understand that-When I lived in Warrenton, my whole family was five states away. And that was in high school! I was so young, lol. So yeah, i know it's hard, but things will always work out in the end. It looks like you're already feeling a little better about it from your most recent post! Anyway, just wanted to give you a few words of encouragement :)
