GM Diet - Day Six

Day Six
As much beef as I want, and endless veggies.
Well after yesterday I didn't want much beef!
I cheated just a little and had fruit for breakfast! :/

Breakfast: Green Grapes
Lunch: GM Diet Veggie Soup
Snack: Carrots
Dinner: 4 oz hamburger - no bun.
Snack: Cucumber

I also decided I needed some exercise tonight and went for a 3 mile walk/jog.

Weigh in: No Change!! :(
Weight Loss Total: 3.5lbs
