Starts out with a baked potato, that made me happy!
Then I had some sauteed zucchini, squash and onion (made by my sis!)
At church I had some black coffee...it was surprisingly delicious even though I've never before been able to enjoy black coffee...(no sweeteners allowed on this diet!)
Lunch was a yummy tomato and onion salad with lemon juice on it. Snack time was carrots!
*Side note-this evening Corey & I did an anniversary photo shoot with an up and coming photographer. So excited to see the pictures! I'll be sure and post some for you to see!!
Dinner was the GM veggie soup with water to drink...yummmm!
With a late night snack of corn!! :)
Weigh in: +.4 lbs....
Hmmm...maybe I shouldn't have eaten so late? Surprisingly this diet has not affected my digestive system the way I thought I would... Ok... On to day three, fruits & veggies!
