Cincinnatian Hotel Abbey

A while back I made over a cabinet/dresser piece.

Here's the before:

Of course you may love the piece as it was, and I agree it was a nice piece. However by painting it and distressing it we added character and a bit more excitement!

I used Cincinnatian Hotel Abbey paint (Valspar paint and primer in one).
I sanded all the pieces down first to ensure the paint would adhere properly, painted and distressed all pieces and finished with several coats of matte polyacrylic so the piece would withstand lots of wear and tear for years to come!

The color was beautiful and I had fun doing this piece!
